Free trial: Install the app and you get a 30-day free trial automatically, no account or payment required. The trial is tied to your machine and survives reinstalls. After 30 days you'll need a license key to keep streaming.
Refund window: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked, on every plan including lifetime. After 14 days, monthly subs cancel for the next billing cycle, yearly subs are non-refundable but stay active until the term ends.
One active install per license at a time. Moving to a new PC: deactivate the old install in your account, install on the new one. Two-PC streaming setups (gameplay PC + streaming PC) need two licenses.
Lifetime is locked in forever: pay once, never pay again. Monthly and yearly subscribers keep their original price for as long as the subscription stays active. If we raise prices for new customers, existing subs keep their old rate.
